Reflexology

A reflexology session usually lasts around 1 hour.

You will be comfortably seated in a reclining chair for the treatment and remain dressed except for your feet. You will be asked to remove footwear so please do not wear tights.

Almost everyone that has received reflexology comments on how relaxed they feel during and after the treatment. An acceptable pressure is applied to your feet, using mainly the thumb, and I will check this with you.

For maximum benefit, it is advised that you receive 4 to 6 treatments and we will discuss the frequency
