Clicking the link below will take you to an online booking system, where you can select your chosen treatment, date and time. Should you wish a different date or time please contact me directly (using one of the methods above) and I will try to accommodate you where my time allows.
During the booking process you will be required to fill in a medical health questionnaire and consent to treat form. This normally requires around 30 minutes of your time, and it is essential so that I can plan your treatment. To save cost, there are forms which will be emailed to you once your appointment is booked, alternatively we can do this together via a telephone consultation at a cost of £10.
The forms are in pdf format and can be opened on all devices and the fields filled if you have Adobe. If you do not, then you will require the use of a printer to print them off to fill in. Once complete you can either scan, or take a photo off them, then email them or post them to me. Alternatively, you can contact me and I will post you the forms.
You may be asked to discuss with your GP if there is concern that the treatment might interfere with any other treatment or medication that you are taking. I may also contact you for further information if required.
You will be directed to a payment system to pay a £20 deposit. The deposit is refundable up to a 72 hours before treatment (for full T&C’s click here).
If you prefer to pay by other methods you can pay via direct banking or cash. Contact me via one of the methods above so I can give you my details.
If you are unwell with COVID-19 symptoms or have a high temperature, you should follow the ‘Stay at Home’ guidance available on NHS Inform https://www.nhsinform.scot/illnesses-and-conditions/infections-and-poisoning/coronavirus-covid-19/coronavirus-covid-19. Please inform Claire if you have covid-19 symptoms or have tested positive with covid-19 and are required to stay at home. Your deposit is refundable up to 72 hours prior to your appointment.
